Homepage

This website has been developed in order for you to store your Internet Favourites online. This is ideal for people who use multiple computers or often use cyber cafes.

You will be able to add favourites to your own personal page, these favourites can be organised into a folder hierarchy to help you manage them better.

You will have the option to including 0/4/8/12 RSS feeds to be displayed on your home page. These will appear in the top of the page regardless of which sub folder of your favourites you are in.

You will be given the opportunity to create two different profiles. This will allow you to have a home and work profile. You may have different classes of favourites that you want to use at work, home or both. With the profile you will be able to display your favourites depending on your selected profile.

You can set the opening page as your home page within your browser, a HASH will be generated so you don't have to login to display your favourites and the link will contain this hash to identify you. You also have the profile embedded in the homepage URL to identify which profile you want displaying. If you want to manage your favourites you will then be required to login (you also have an option to login just for your RSS/Links if you are on a shared computer). This way it keeps the session secure without the need to keep logging in to the website in order to get your favourites.

This is free however you will have a restricted account which only allows upto 50links. To remove this restriction you will need to pay a very small annual charge which is just to help maintain the site and to pay for its running costs. I will notifiy you all when this goes into affect

There will also be a facility to export all you links to a text file so you can back them up.
